Terms and conditions

*Note about daily charter:

If you would like to enjoy a sunset on the sailboat, we can arrange 3 extra hours (or more by request). Additional payment for resting on the boat from 18:00 to 21:00 is 150€.

Skipper qualification:

You need valid sailing licence, VHF certificate for the size and tonnage of the specified boat, which is required by Montenegro Maritime Law, and passport. If you don`t have specified certificates, you can take a skipper at extra charge.

Charter documents:

That means you will be in charge for check-in / check-out procedure with tehnical equipment list and documentation check list, which need to be signed by you and our tehnical stuff. We kindly advice just one person (skipper) to do necessary familarization and tehnical check–in will goes faster.  We require Crew list to be delivered to us latest 1 week before charter. If requested documents and informaton are not provided on time, check in could be delayed.

Security deposit:

Cash or credit card pre-authorization.

Payment conditions:

50% upon confirmation, 50% 4 weeks before embarking.

Include:

Boat equipment according to our inventory list, full water tank, full diesel tank (for weekly charter must be returned full).

*For daily charter fuel is included.

Obligatory:

Final cleaning, bed linen, 1 towel per person, 2 kitchen towels, 1 dish liquid, 1 sponge, 1 soap and 1 toilet paper WC, 2 cooking gas bottles.

Tourist tax: 1€ per person by night.

 

Extras (to be paid at the base):

  • Skipper`s  fee: Elan -100€; Bavaria and Y40 - 120€; Prestige - 130€; Pasara - 50€
  • Hostess, babysitter - price on demand
  • Outboard engine – 100€
  • Genaker – 200€
  • Dog on board  – 120€
  • Cleaning fee: 120€
  • Linen + Towels set - 20€ / person (sheets, pillowcases, towels)
  • Unlimited internet for 7 days - 40€
  • Acoustic quitar – 20€ / day
  • Provisioning:  bill + 20% commission

 

Special offers:

·         EARLY BOOKING: 10% until 31.12.2016, 5% until 15.04.2017

·         MORE WEEKS: for  2 weeks 5%, 3 week or more 10%

·         LOYAL CLIENT: for steady clients 5 %

·         CELEBRATIONS / PARTIES: We are ready to realise your ideas to celebrate birthdays, bachelorette / bachelor parties, to organise photo sessions...

·         FOOD: choose your lunch / dinner from our meny and we will prepare it for you on the boat for 25€ per person. Custom orders available (must be specified at least 1 week before charter).

 

Regattas:

Must be specified before booking confirmation.

No discount on regattas charter price.

Regattas must be applied to MNE / CRO sailing federation.
